I retired as an Episcopal priest in October of 2016 to the Blueridge Mountains of Virginia. Since then, I have spent my time writing, serving professionally as supply and interim clergy, as well as coach and consultant.
I am a fully trained coach through ICF (International Coaching Federation). As your coach, I would come alongside you to be a professional and catalytic presence, seeking to evoke your best self and performance in your professional vocational life and in your personal life.
With training and practice in hosting community conversations, I lead parishes, staffs, or teams through a series of community conversations, either to redefine and renew their mission, or in a time of self study and transition.
